Q:why do I not receive my emails from linkwizz?
A: the most likely reason for not getting emails from an automated system or from someone you don’t know is that the email would have probably ended up going to your spam or junk mailbox, please check your junk mail for these missing emails.
Q: How come my business is advertised with Linkwizz Business directory?
A: Linkwizz has collected all data that is publicly available on the internet.
Q: How do I get access to my listing for the first time?
A: Simply by clicking forgot password from the Linkwizz account box on the top right hand corner, and insert your email address, once you have retrieved the password that was sent to your email address you will be able to log in.
Q: How can I get access to edit, update and manage my ad?
A: Most listed ads have an email field, if your email was originally with the information we have for your business: all you have to do is, click on - forgot password, fill-in your business email and send! The system will send you the login credentials.
If your email was not present, then you will have to send an email to customersupport@linkwizz.com.au and identify yourself as the proprietor or the legal officer of the business, and will send you your login credentials.
Q: what if my listing is without an email address? (Business directory only)
A: not all listings have an email address, If your email was not present, then you will have to send an email to customersupport@linkwizz.com.au and identify yourself as the proprietor or the legal officer of the business, and we will send your login credentials to your email address.
Q: Will my email address be displayed on my ad?
A: under no circumstances will your email be displayed, as the system keeps it confidential and all enquires for your advertisement will come through to you without the users being able to see it. (See example)
Q: what benefit do I have by updating my listing?
A: by updating your ad you can post your current promotion on a coupon available for you to post at any time you desire, you can also edit or change the text description about your business and products on your personal card, you can upload your logo to be more noticeable amongst the other advertisers and you can do so much more...
