KEVALA LIVING is made up of Jodie Jeffries and Nurafidah Kamaludin (Nora). Jodie is a personal trainer, yoga teacher and group fitness instructor with 11 years'' experience in the health and fitness industry. Nora is a life coach and counsellor with more than 5 years'' experience specialising in child development, personal development, professional development, relationships, sexual and family violence. |
